PRINCIPLES, ADVANTAGES AND IMPEDIMENTS OF CIRCULAR ECONOMICS

Summary

It should be noted that in the economy, as a rule, raw (natural) resources are extracted, converted into products and utilized. The circular economy, in contrast, aims to bridge the gap between the production and natural ecosystem cycles, in particular through the composting of various industrial (biodegradable) wastes. This approach contributes to the solution of such a serious problem of the modern world as the regeneration of natural systems, in other words, to rely on renewable energy sources. The article discusses the role and importance of the circular economy, its impact on ecosystems. On the example of developed countries (USA, UK, EU, Japan, Australia), the impact of the circular economy on the economic growth of countries is analyzed. Important conclusions, recommendations and much more are presented.
